The workshops took place between 27th February and 03th March 2023 in Gliwice, at the training rooms of the Silesian Entrepreneurship Development Foundation. Total of 20 young people (24- 30 years old) participated in the pilots, from which were 2 men and 18 women. Some of the young women involved in the workshops were refugees from Ukraine. All beneficiaries were from Silesia Municipality, mostly from the town of Gliwice.
The recommended materials and resources by each project partner were considered in the preparation of the activities. Great importance has been given to the issue of self-care and using self-care tools to reduce stress and that way taking care of well-being of the participants. Training materials were distributed to the workshops participants. Useful links and websites were also introduces which the participants can visit, whenever they need to know more.
